If you’re like me, you got that first iPod Nano when they came out to replace the iPod Minis 6 or 7 years ago. Color screen! Look at photos! Flash memory! Fat people complained that they broke in their front pockets when they sat down! Oh the memories. Well it turns out, the batteries in those suckers are ticking time bombs, and Apple is replacing them. Not the batteries, the actual Nanos with brand new 8 GB models. If you’ve got an original 1st Generation Nano, and you’re jonesing for a new one (or at least one that won’t burst into flames at inopportune times), then click here and have it replaced, totally for free.
