My friends at CNBC got this gem on their desks today. You can’t find it in stores, because its only available as a gift to Comcast employees. But that didn’t stop eBay user suh_jester from putting it up for online auction. The description is the best selling point:
This is an Autobiography of Ralph Roberts the apparent creator of Comcast Networks. I’m not exactly sure what kind of story it’s going to be, but it was a gift from my employer, Comcast. And being that they are a cheap, self interested company who fakes their concern for their employees and would rather give them a book bragging about their prowess instead of paying decent wages and giving raises or bonuses, I choose not to accept this gift. This is a Kabletown book offered to Employees only. If you want a copy of this impossibly unattainable book, look no further.
Bidding starts at $15. Anyone?
